Over past years, Norm has worked hard to build up Action Rugby within Red Deer and other Central Alberta communities by: running an annual Fall Rugby Fest with Red Deer students in Grades 4 and 5, facilitating lessons at various Elementary, Middle, and High Schools in the Central Alberta area, running sessions at youth summer camps, and coaching both Fall and Spring Action Rugby teams for youth ages 5-16. 

Jaycee has been working alongside Norm since the Fall of 2021 when she starting coaching the Fall Action Rugby program. Since then Jaycee has connected with nearly all of the schools within Red Deer to facilitate and spread word of Action Rugby to students.
